Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 20, 2026

1. Introduction

Deal Radar ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered deal intelligence service.

2. Data We Collect

Calendar Metadata

We access read-only calendar event metadata (meeting titles, attendees, times) to identify sales meetings. We do not access event descriptions, attachments, or non-sales events.

Call Transcripts

We retrieve transcripts from integrated note-taking tools (e.g., Fathom, Granola) for sales meetings only. We never record calls ourselves — we only analyze transcripts you already have.

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and Slack workspace information for service delivery.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Risk Analysis: Transcripts are analyzed by our AI to detect deal-risk signals such as stalling, ghosting, competitor mentions, and objections.
  • Alert Delivery: Risk signals with supporting evidence are delivered to your configured Slack channels.
  • Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us improve signal accuracy and product features.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Retention

You control how long your data is retained. You may configure retention periods through your account settings and delete your data at any time. When you request deletion, all transcript data and associated signals are permanently removed within 30 days. Full audit trails are maintained for all data operations.
